Workshop Description
Whether you have PTSD, an emotional imbalance, mood swings, or even a high level of stress that is affecting your enjoyment of life, you can benefit from this special program of “Tai Chi for PTSD”. This program gives you an alternative way of healing that not only makes you feel better, but also helps you to see things from a different perspective. Your life will be changed.

This one-day program involves theory and practice, you get a well-balanced blend of information and practical tools that you can use to practice daily. You will understand how and why Tai Chi helps to heal PTSD. You will learn Daoist healing strategies, and bring home healing tools for helping yourself and others. You will be empowered, encouraged, energized, and balanced.

Lunch is included.
