Tai Chi Instructor Training Level 1 Course 2 Agenda

Refining Tai Chi movement in the form and Tai Chi foundation, and correcting unwanted habits.
Emphasizing the inward practice of inward, relaxation, for maximum benefits.
Teaching techniques, and how to avoid injuries
Extensive warm up that benefits whole body, helps to maintain holistic teaching style.
