Tai Chi Sword is a special art form and an exercise that benefits the entire body, mind, brain, and spirit.
Practicing Tai Chi sword involves learning Tai Chi skills, total coordination, stability, and total control of the body. Regular practice helps to improve balance, concentration, muscle strength, joint flexibility, self-confidence, alertness, and much more.
Many consider Tai Chi Sword to be one of the most beautiful forms of Tai Chi exercise. In addition, the sword symbolizes a spiritual tool as well as a tool for self-defense.
Tai Chi experience is a plus but is not required. We recommend participants bring their own sword. If you don’t have one, you can borrow one at training. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
We work in a small group and only take 6 students, to maintain the quality. Please register early.
Once registered, you will receive a video “Tai Chi Sword, 32 Steps Yang Style”; you will start to practice by following the video, to prepare for the training.

Course Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made beyond 5 days will qualify for a full refund less a 10% administration fee plus credit card charges if applicable. Refunds cannot be made for withdrawals initiated within 5 days of the scheduled course /workshop. However, we will provide a FULL credit towards any Chinese Medicine for Health course/workshop within one year. If you use your credit within the year for another workshop and cancel, or do not attend there is no further refund, or credit. If you do not attend, or leave once a course/workshop starts, there is no refund or credit If we need to cancel a course/workshop your deposit will be refunded in full or credited to another course/workshop. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to be processed.
