Tai Chi 24 Steps is the most popular form of Tai Chi. This form of Tai Chi is well known throughout the world. It is easy to practice with other people when you travel to other cities and countries where people practice the same form Tai Chi.

This one-day class will focus on the refinement of Tai Chi movements. There will be a detailed explanation of the meaning of each movement, and it’s the martial application of the movement. With correct practice, people gain knowledge of self-defense with Tai Chi skills, as well as health benefits.

Participants will be able to make changes by correcting their habits. Some of the habits could affecting energy flow and cause injuries. From the program, students can feel the difference in their practice, energy level, and inner strength.

$135.00 per person before July 15.
After July 15 will be $150.00 per person.
